Consulting and guidance for quote request automation

The path
The programme consists of consulting sessions lasting approximately two hours. As a guideline, one session is needed for each module. Depending on the case, a module may require several sessions, or a single session may be enough to finalise decisions relating to multiple modules, based on the current stage of the project.

We will define the objective of the automation and its success metrics, and build a set of representative requests for testing the system and a map of the required data.
Workflow design and tool selection
We will develop a workflow diagram, define the human checkpoints and select the automation platform based on the specific requirements.

How it works
Automation tools
The programme works with any technology stack and automation platform. Depending on the use case and your preferences, you may choose orchestrators such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate, with or without custom code.
The integration can involve data stored in company databases, CRM and ERP systems accessible via API.
Prices, discounts and margin thresholds should be managed in the ERP or in version-controlled, testable code.
